full width front page problems

Hello

I’m using a Boy Scout teme for our troop and for some reason the front page is display full width on the monitor and it shouldn’t be. Our site is http://www.troop44bushkiil.org and other troops like http://www.troop545.org are using the same them without the front page being full width.

I hope its a setting some where since I can find it at all.
