USPS Calculated Shipping Rates

I have been scratching my head all morning trying to figure out how to get a shipping cost to show up on the shipping page. It keeps showing up as “USPS Free Shipping – 0.00” I have combed through the support forums here and on your website and have not found a fix that works for me.

I have verified that each of the products has a weight.
I have verified that my API is accurate and working with USPS.
I have tried changing the shipping destination, the product being shipped, removing and re-adding products from the store and cart, and messed around with different weights of said products but I still have not gotten a price to show up.
I would just set a fixed rate of 5.95 for shipping (most of my shipments will be the “Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box ‘2-4 days’) but I need to have the option for in store pick up as well because half of our target client base is located in the same city as our headquarters. It would be ideal for us to get the calculator working to allow us to increase the diversity and quantity of merchandise we can provide with larger shipping packages and options.

If I’m unable to figure this out, the easiest solution would be having the option for either in-store pick up, or a flat $6 shipping charge. However, I am unable to find a setting for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and even with this small error I am thoroughly pleased with the rest of the functionality of this plug-in.
