Long time to load

I have installed the plugin on the home page – Enviro Gallery – and entering the site, a gallery very long time to load – even though it is only 15 images – there are dashes. I would like the gallery immediately appeared. What can be the probelm and how can I change it? Dump in the Annex. Please help.
