contact form doesn't work after server transfer

    Dear All,
    I have transfered my website to my customer’s server and the contact form with really simple captcha don’t work (it worked before on my test-server).

    I have the following message :
    wpcf7_uploads doesn’t exist or is not writable. I have checked and it exists and it is writable.
    something strange is that the .htaccess disappeared during the transfer. I copy it again in both files wpcf7_uploads and wpcf7_captcha but without success.
    Is it normal that in this file, it is writtent ‘DENY FROM ALL’ ?
