Sorry to hear about the issues you are facing. As far as MailChimp is concerned I don’t think they have done anything that could have caused this. Can you please tell me if whether in “MailChimp for WP” in WordPress backend, you can see details of your list and if there is “connected” status next to the MailChimp API key field?

Thank you, the plugin can see my lists, however there is a ‘not connected’ notice displaying next to the API key

Thanks for the clarification! Are you sure your forms are not working? Since if the plugin can see your lists, it usually means it’s still connected to MailChimp.
We’re thinking we might have introduced an issue related to our “connected” indicator, where it shows “not connected” when it is actually connected. Can you confirm this please?
