Yes sir, I get that email and the report emails like I said above, just no when there is a plugin update as I do on all the other sites.
On your Wordfence Options page, in the “Scans to include” section, can you check that the option “Scan for out of date plugins, themes and WordPress versions” is enabled?

Yes it is enabled.
I have the same settings on all of these sites and these are the only two with this unique behavior, the other ones I get both the scheduled reports and when an individual plugin needs to be updated. If you have a way to email you and I can give you admin access, if it’s helpful to you to know, please let me know. I don’t know if I can put my email on here or it will be stripped. Thanks.
Sorry, we can’t log into other people’s sites for support, but we can help you check additional items to see what is happening.
Can you see if scans are completing properly on the two sites where you are not receiving emails? If you click Scan on the Wordfence menu, you should see the most recent results in the Scan Summary and Scan Detailed Activity boxes. If the scans don’t appear to be complete, you can give us the last few lines of both boxes.
It can also help to turn on the option “Enable debugging mode (increases database load)”, and run a scan manually, which will give more information about the scan process. (Remember to turn it off when finished troubleshooting though, since it does add a lot more data to your database while it is on.)

I’m sorry for the delay, I tried this twice and wasn’t sure if it was my internet at first, but the scan seems to get stuck on both sites, stuck on these lines.
This is from the summary:

Please let me know if the plugins need to be reinstalled, appreciate your help.
I’ve seen a couple others with similar error messages recently, but I don’t think we have heard back from the people who posted them yet — can you try disabling W3 Total Cache, and running the scan again?
If the scan works then, try enabling the cache again, but disable its “database cache” in its settings.
If that is not the problem, usually these steps will help scans that get stuck:
My scans don’t finish. What would cause that?
Let us know how it goes either way — thanks!

That seems to have done the trick, not only did the scan complete but I got an email within minutes that a plugin needed to be activated, the type that had been missing.
Thank you.
Great! Was it disabling the database cache, or the “my scans don’t finish” steps that helped in your case?
Thanks again for confirming that!

Absolutely, thanks for your plugin!
