• Some of the products in my clients shop have Variations and it is allowing customers to purchase products without selecting the variant.

When viewing the list of products, you cannot click Add to Cart without first selecting a variant, but when you are viewing products individually you can Add to Cart without selecting the variant (in this case the variants are flavours, so they are able to check out without selecting the flavour they want).

I want to be able to force the visitors to have to select a flavour.

Thanks for any help in resolving this.

Can anyone help with this please? My client is very eager to get the issue sorted as they are getting incorrect orders.

    Thank you!

The only time I’ve ever seen it possible to not select a variation and add to cart is when there is a javascript conflict.

I suggest following the steps here to find the conflict

    Thanks for the reply Edward.

I went through all the steps and still the problem persists. Strangely though, on Friday it all seemed fine but it’s again reverted to allowing Add to cart without selecting a flavour.

As stated above, it’s only on single product view that this happens, when viewing the product list page the flavour drop down shakes when trying to add to cart.

I’m also having to Flush the Theme Cache on a daily basis as it reverts to old CSS. I even amended the CSS file in the plugin folder as a last resort and it still goes back, somehow. So there’s certainly some form of conflict.

    The website is here.

Thanks again for any help you can offer. I wanted to open a support ticket with you guys but the cost put me off – because if this problem persists I’ll have to look at a different option and spending $99 to find that out seems a little much.
