Fatal error – Unable to access WP dashboard

    I am unable to access the site or the admin dashboard. Getting the following error “Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Dependencies’ not found in /home2/warrier/public_html/ramawarrier.com/wp-includes/class.wp-scripts.php on line 19”

    I have not done any update / changes / posts in the recent past. This problem has arisen in the last week or so
