Checkbox acceptance field not accepting hyperlinks

Hi,

I have the following code, but it keeps getting scrubbed. It used to work before and when I went to update the language it won’t work anymore.

I accept <a href="http://example.com/terms-condition/" target="_blank">Terms & Conditions</a> and <a href="http://example.com/privacy-policy/" target="_blank">Privacy Policy</a>.

and instead renders as
