Category permissions

Hi,
I need to show only the posts of a category a user has access to. For example, in WP a link as http://…/category/webcams/ only retrieves the posts of the category ‘webcams’ that I’ve set in the posts editing. The plugin now gives me all the posts of that category.
Is there a way to filter the results?
