Multiple post Queries

    Hello!

    So I’m building a WordPress theme for my own website. Right now I’m having a few problems with post queries and just always the same posts showing up.

    When I set the post limit to 6 and go to the next page, its the same 6 posts. And now I’ve just realized when I go to a category page it is still the same posts, of all categories. not sure where to look, these queries are a bit confusing. Help?
