Mobile Site

Hello,
I may have a bit of a silly question, but I am new to WordPress. I have just about finished the construction of my site and want to see about getting a mobile version. My site was created with both WordPress and custom pages. The only part that is WordPress is the Blog which I am trying get to be mobile. I am using the twenty-thirteen theme which does have a mobile folder, but my designs didn’t seem to carry over to it? Not sure where to began? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
