I don’t understand your question at all but have 2 comments:
1. The code can’t be [WATU02]. It’s probably [WATU 2]
2. The code can only be published in WordPress, not in a random HTML page.
this is my localhost/wp/jobs/apptitue website url
in /apptitue page i have following links.
1.) Practice test 1
2.) practice test 2
3.)……
4…..
i wants that Practice test 1 as anchor link the when a user click on Practice test 1 , user will redirect to the quiz page
but it will automatically question page.as insert the code [WATU 2] on the page localhost/wp/jobs/apptitue

Don’t insert the code where you want just link. Insert regular link to the post where the [WATU 2] code is published.
i did not understand this Plse help me

1. Publish the quiz in ANOTHER page. See the text right under the quizzes table:
“To publish a quiz copy its shortcode and place it in a post or page. Use only one quiz shortcode in each post or page.”
2. On the page where you want to show link “Practice test 1” create link to page 1 which has the shortcode.
I can’t explain it better than this.
