w3cahe help wizard button not working

    I have being trying to configure my minify settings manually since when it is done automatically it breaks my site and make it look messy like plain html script. i have set minify from setting to manual, when i click on the help wizard button it loads endlessly showing a trnspernt black pop up without showing any thing. please how can i fix this. thanks
