Anyone knows why qTranslateX is not in the WP repository?

It’s in github, but I want to know why WP take it out of the repository.

if the plugin is not in WP repository, is the best thing wait for WP publish it before I download it ?

WP repository always have the same version as it is on GitHub at some point. And the latest at GitHub might be ahead by a couple of changes, which are normally some improvements. I do not see a reason to wait.
