Business directory listing

Hi All,

I am trying to find a directory plugin similar to ones used on these sites;

http://www.contractorweekly.com/contractor-accountants
http://www.contractoruk.com/directory/accountancy_services.html

As you can see, only the site admin can put these listings up.

And they are not categorised.
