Theme Customize Issue

    I’m trying to edit a theme, any theme and I get this behavior.

    Has anyone seen this behavior before? If so, how do I fix it so I can edit my themes properly?

    The problem happens on every theme I have installed and new ones. Even the ones that come with WordPress.

    Any input would be appreciated.
