Two emails send after form submitted

    Hi!

    When a form is submitted two emails are received. The one is from Ninja forms as created in the Email and Action tab. But then I also receive a mail (from WP?) from the default WP email address with the following message content: <p>Thank you for filling out this form.</p>

    Can you please assist?
