    Hi,

    I installed mailpoet, installation was OK no problems there.
    I started with making a new automatic mail, i gave it the title ‘[newsletter:post_title]’. When going to next step i could see already that 2 posts are inserted and that is great. bit i cannot add a logo, when dragging the logo, my image simply open within the browser.
    moreover I cannot click on images on the right side nor drag any widget from the right to the mail designer.
    i have looked into your support there was something mentioned about conflicts with other plugins but the link to solve the problem is not active anymore.
    i hope that you can solve this problem for me.

  • If your using Chrome try another browser. For instance Firefox or Opera.
    There seems to be a glitch in Chrome right now after WordPress was updated to 4.3.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help.
    I have used safari, chrome and Firefox all have the same issue.
    I am running WordPress 4.24 I did not make the jump to 4.3 yet.

    FYI,

    I enabled debug mode and in return i got these messages:
    1. /js/colorpicker.js?ver=4.2.4
    2. /js/admin-scripts.js?ver=4.2.4

    Sadly, no one from mail poet replies to my query.
    They ask you to buy a premium version for them to support you and say that free users will be replied to as well on the forum (we can see how much they reply here! 5 days and still no reply).

    How can I buy a premium version of something that is not working and support does not answer! so I should buy premium for them to tell me sorry mate it will not work for you
    !
    They force me to go to the complicated mail chimp. I love mail poet’s what but support is not there.

    Try to update to the latest version 2.6.17 and let us know if that fixes your issue.
