Redirecting issue

Hey guys.

I have tried to install wordpress in XAMPP before where it worked, now I have reinstalled it all and when I try to get into my admin I just get the following answer:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I have tried to clear internet stuff like cookies etc. nothing is working.
I also tried to delete old stuff but cannot figure out why my admin stuff doesn’t let me access.

Can someone help me?
