try disabling your plugins, does it still occur?
I deactivated them. but, would like me to remove them and reinstall them one by one
Do you think by maybe upgrading to the PRO version will it help?.
I have the same problem and I am using Divi Theme. Since the last upgrade to WP 4.3 my Customizer won’t load (white page with a little ball spinning in the middle). Tried to deactivate all plugins, cleared browser cache, tried to login from 3 different computers and etc.. Nothing! Looks like a bug in the update (WordPress). I see several people in different forums with the exact same problem. Anyone with a solution?
Have you tried reinstalling
1) WP 4.3
2) Czr 3.4.6
I have reinstalled WP4.3/Customizr Pro 1.2.5 and on to domain http://www.123cruise4me.com and still have the problem.
fixed with the help from webhost. Reinstalled admin/content/includes.
The post I posted which suppose to may have fixed the problem. Didn’t. I decided to investigate a little after reading other folks posts. It all came down to a plugin. Here’s what I did I deactivated all plugins. I starting reactivating one plugin at a time,logout,login,refresh and checked if customize would load.
The above post resolved this problem
