Hey there cllbrn,
How are you doing today?
Not really sure what you mean by that, are you looking to remove that from some page specifically or something else?
Please let me know and also post link to your site where I can see this.
Best regards,

Let me give an example:
http://www.andersnoren.se/themes/fukasawa/
I want to remove the “| Just another WordPress site” from the title bar, but without removing the description itself (as in, just hide it in the title bar).
Hey again,
Thanks for the explanation, you can try using jquery to replace the text of the title attribute, please see the following:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14926878/changing-the-title-attribute-using-jquery-while-hovering-over-the-element
Hope this helps 🙂
Cheers,

Oh well, I have no idea how to do it. Is it in functions.php or will I need a plugin?
Hey again cllbrn,
I’ve misunderstood your question. I thought you’re looking to replace the title attribute from your site title link.
Also I don’t think just hiding the meta description in the browser tab is possible without actually removing it which would be bad for your SEO. I’ve found few threads where it’s said that Yoast can do that for you but as I’m not really familiar with that specific plugin I’m not sure if I can offer more assistance on that one.
Best regards,
Bojan
