Phone Number Label

Wondering why the label for ‘area code’ under “Secondary Phone” can be edited directly on the webpage? In the editor, I clicked on it to change it to read only ‘area’ and now it will not revert to normal font size. I want it to look identical to the labels for ‘primary phone’.
