Default image retrieved?

    Is it possible the behavior to choose which image to display (for a thumbnail) has changed in he latest releases? It seems like the current behavior in 3.2.5 is to pick the second image. Meaning if an Amazon ASIN has 2 or more images, it will always display the second one.

    Hi,

    Can you give an example so I can investigate?

    What is the product ASIN?
    What locale are you using?
    Do you have the Amazon Link Images plugin installed?

    Thanks Paul. I appreciate all your hard work on this great plugin.

    Here’s an example where it pulls the second image: B00HB0WGAY.

    Here’s an example where it apparently pulls the LAST image: B00BTMDALO.

    I’m using the US locale and the Amazon Link Extra – Images plugin (1.2.2) is enabled.

    I’ll look into it, I’m guessing Amazon have changed the data feed slightly, might have to update the Amazon Images plugin.

    Okay,

    I’ve update the plugin, it should always put the ‘primary’ image as the first one, then the ‘variants’ after that:

    Tried an Uninstall/Reinstall of the Images Plugin but still get Version 1.5 … as stated by previous posters the link in this thread is dead. I also have the back cover of my book showing and need a solution, please.
