Json API fetch selected columns from wp_posts table

This plugin is just awesome!
I want to fetch only post title, date, guid, content etc. ( http://example.com/forum/?json=get_recent_posts&dev=1&count=6&status=published ). Is it possible to fetch only selected columns or only wp_posts table content. Because now it takes lot of time to fetch post and fetching all comment also.
