Main menu closes too fast when browsing

it is not a problem, problem.
You see when the menu is too long it closes before you reach the bottom of the menu.
Like for example:

-Services Offered
–Global Banking

You can get up to Global Deposit Accounts and when you move down it closes.

Unless it is only happening to me??

i am usiing, chrome and firefox on windows 7
