Videos don’t upload

I’ve tried a few different video plug-ins, but when I choose my video to upload, press Upload, the browser says “Sending Request” and nothing ever goes through…It simply goes back to the upload pop-up about 10 seconds later, with no results. I have access to all root files on the server computer…i’m just not sure if i may have configured something wrong. Thanks 🙂
