    Hi,

    Very Sorry for the delayed response.

    1) If you want to remove right side cart from Storefront theme header just follow the instruction.

    Please go to your theme (storefront) folder using ftp or cpanel and find the file functions.php. Open it and just put the line given below then save the functions.php

    remove_action(‘storefront_header’,’storefront_header_cart’,60);

    2) For removing the cart menu please follow the below flow-
    Dashboard section>> Appearance>> Menu>> Remove the menu>> Save
