Unable to Connect other

    My form was once working but is no longer and saying “unable to connect with salesforce.” I’m hoping it’s just a hiccup on SalesForces’ end but it’s been like this for the entire day thus far.

    Also, I’ve created 2 separate forms with different titles/info but they both go into the same Leads report in SalesForce. Is there a way to have both forms go into separate Leads?

    If nothing changed on your end, it may just be SalesForce.

    If you added or upgraded any plugins, themes or WP itself, it may be on your end. There’s no way to know for sure with the information you’ve provided.

    Support for Salesforce itself is outside the scope of support I can provide here, but I’d suggest you look into using campaigns:
