Modified Registration

For those of you who are using the modified wp-login where it bypasses the e-mail password method and allows the user to provide there own password with confirmation. Is there a way to just bypass the next part where it says “Registration complete. Please check your e-mail.” Since the user already chose a password this part is redundant.

I know how to change that text, but is there a way to just have the user automatically get into their profile once the passwords match up?
