Code to update the widget constructor to PHP 5

Thanks for this widget, I like how it does exactly one thing and I use it on my blog.

Since WordPress 4.3 has deprecated the PHP 4 style constructor this plugin needs an update.

It is a quick code change and I’ve posted it here in this branch on GitHub.
