Download with Email Lock

Hello,

I am using the Pro version of your plugin. I did the attached to be downloaded when the users fill in their names and email. The file is downloaded instantly but when I receive the email there is no attached link.
Could you assist me to solve the problem? I want the users to receive at the email they are written down a short text message with link to download the attached file.
