Moving to a host…problems…

This is my site on the old host:

I’m having a lot of trouble moving over to my new host.

This is the steps I followed:

I have no clue what to do. When I import my database into phpmyadmin it fails with error messages, even though I’ve set the language to Latin1.

I think it has something to do with PHP5…my old site was PHP4/5 and if I switched it to 5 it’d break everything. But I have no clue what to do to fix this mess…or just find a PHP 4 host…
