Problem with anchor link

    i have problems with link since i install 2.2.
    i try to link some part on certain page using tag . then i want to link that part of page o n another page by using this code <‘a href=”http://somepage?p=24#ns”>Nukleofilna Supstitucija (SN1 / SN2)<‘/a> but when i click on link it says that page doesn’t exist??
    what’s the problem?
