Platform theme version 1.4.4 giving warnings with WordPress 4.2.4

The version of platform is 1.4.4 (although this was happening prior to updating to the most recent version, I’m sorry I didn’t make a note of the version prior to updating) and the version of WordPress is 4.2.4 (although this was happening on 4.0.7 also)

This is resulting in both the wp-admin and the site being unusable. HELP!
