• Hello.
I have jupiter theme installed and have downloaded and installed the metis template.
In wordpress dashboard on my localhost I go to the Main Menu > Appearance > Install templates and try to install my template.
After opening the zip file in the install template window it shows the upload completed, but in the box below where it says Current Templates I have a message that says No templates installed yet.
    What gives?
I would include a screenshot if I could.
Site is on localhost so no link.
    Regards
    Steck

    Hello.
Today I uninstalled wordpress 4.2.4 from my system and reloaded 4. whatever the one was before, it didn’t do what it was to do either.
I then unloaded it and reinstalled 4.2.4, now when I try to install templates to my theme I get an error that says, SyntaxError: JSON.parse: Unable to parse value: Unable

Error console shows a whole lot, several hundred css errors, I am going to unload this download and re-download wordpress.

If anybody wants a copy of the error code output it will be available.
    Regards
    Steck

Template upload completed, no templates installed yet. I’m getting the same. File permissions are right but don’t know why getting this?

I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here. Try http://themeforest.net/item/jupiter-multipurpose-responsive-theme/5177775/support
