Being hacked all the time, please help!

How do I 100 % secure my wp site, so it doesnt get hacked Again, I have wasted so much time and efford due to my site being hacked all the time. I have also experienced twice now, that when I post my link in this forum, my site gets hacked and I get a ton of spam comments.

I always use the newest versions of themes, plugins, wordpress, I update in 5 minutes after it gets released.
