Check box for cart-plugin

Hello

I have a ecommerce site with the flatsome theme.
I need an plugin that lets the buyer “check” a box at the checkout that they accept the “terms & agreement”.

Flatsome dont have that plugin, is it any other plugin i can use to install that feature?
