Mac OSX and Sending Referers

    Anybody got any ideas about why I keep getting a ‘sending referers’ error on my Mac OSX machine, but not on a Mac OS9 machine or a PC all on the same network…All my machines are actively running Netbarrier, but only the OSX machine is having problems. When I disable Netbarrier on that machine, it still doesn’t work.

    Well, I guess I answered my own question:
    In Netbarrier, under Privacy -> Surf, at the bottom there is a check box that says:
    Information Hiding:
    [] Last website visited.
    I unchecked that, and it seemed to work. I guess that’s what ‘sending referers’ is.

    yup it tells the site u are visiting which site u are coming from…
