Date Format

    I would like to use the date format of “August 11, 2015”.

    Currently, it appears the only options are:

    Buttons and text: “This entry was posted in [Category Button] on August 11, 2015 by [Author]”
    Text only: “11 Aug, 2015 in [Category] by Author”

    The category button looks terrible, and the lead in text is unnecessary. I want everything about the Text only option, just the ability to change the date format.

    How do I do this?
