Slideshow Width

I use a Metaslider v3.3.4.1, and my slideshows always display pictures that crop off part of the sides of the pictures. I have tried increasing the width, checked 100% stretch, unchecked center align, tried with smart crop. What do I need to do to get the entire image to display? Thanks
