Hi nagtre. Welcome to the Hueman forum. If by “use wordpress online” you mean at wordpress.com, you can only use the themes provided on wordpress.com. WordPress.org is a seperate company and the themes avaiable there can’t be used on wordpress.com. Hope that helps.

Is there any possibility for me to use this theme and still be able to use wordpress as a CMS?

Sure. You could use it on a “self hosted” blog which basically means you sign up with a hosting company (essentially rent space on a server), install WordPress, install the Hueman theme (or any of several thousand others available), install plugins, and configure and manage it all yourself. That provides a great deal more flexibility than hosting your blog on wordpress.com, but you have to pay for it and do most of the work yourself. It’s not particularly difficult but there is a bit of a learning curve. Here are a couple of articles that highlight the differences between the two options:
