Two questions

Hello. I love the plugin, but I have two questions:

1) When I page up/down the icons seem to jump along with the page and it is a bit distracting. Is there a way to keep the STATIC on the right side and INSIDE the navigation bar?

2) When I hover over each icon there is a little bubble that coomes up and says “tweet” or “share” or it is just blank. I would like to remove these as I only have the share option set for each icon. How would I go about doing that?
