Error IMMEDIATELY after activation

Does the “Site Info” loads? If yes, can you share the information shown there? It is virtually impossible for me to investigate this issue if I am not able to reproduce the problem in my server, and I have tried multiple things and the plugin loads all pages just fine, there must be something in your local web server or PHP configuration that is causing that issue and I need to know as much as possible about your development environment in order to fix this error.

By the way, line 679 in file “/wp-includes/cache.php” contains the definition of a protected method named “_exists” of the class “WP_Object_Cache” which seems to be responsible for the optimization of data management of the entire site.

People have reported the same error message before (see links below) which makes me think that this is not related at all with the Sucuri plugin. This seems to be affecting only Windows installations either using XAMPP or WAMP Server.
