Issue with Theme X

Hi! Great plugin, exactly what I was looking for :). When I inserted the shortcode in my theme, though, their builder called “cornerstone” gets stuck on the loading screen of all the other images except the responsive menu. Any ideas? Or any way to hide the plugin when /?cornerstone=1 is running? Thanks!
