    Your demo displays the categories.
I would like to take this a step further. Let’s say I have a new series of articles under category : email

I have a new article on the HackingTeam so I make a post,
I want to display any knowledgebase for the HackingTeam but not necessarily make a category “hackingteam” because it may be docs, and emails categories under this keyword or subject

Also would like the ability to import articles from a csv format
That would be awesome. Any ideas how I can do this ? Maybe you can look at the site I am working on developing for a client:

    1.)
Sounds like perhaps you are asking about using sub-categories, and/or tags to help organise your knowledgebase? If so, you can do that. No styling exists for how to display subcats but the functionality is all there, so simply add some css of your own to govern how subcats display. Tags are fully functional and combined with a sidebar widget (tags) and/or advanced search and filter by tag it should be a helpful addition for your users.

    2.) Per the FAQs

Can I import/export WP Knowledgebase data?
Yes. You can import/export data using the built in WordPress function via Tools. It may not import any images in use (although it will import the file paths) so you will need to copy across any images from your old site to the new site uploads folder via FTP. If images still appear broken or missing then you might need to run a search and replace tool to correct the image filepaths for your new site
