I just checked your site, tried reload page 3 times, and every time after I click “Read More” button – I see our PopUp http://screencast.com/t/EoX0AExhavZU that is working correctly. Can you please describe me more about your issue? Maybe I need to do some other actions before click on this button? Or maybe I need to check it on other browser (I tested it in Chrome)?

it seems your plugin works fine for few minutes and then stop working.
I just want that clicking on READ MORE button my pop up window appear (I need to do it for each portfolio item in my website).
I tried in Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
I also tried on IOS and Android and on mobile seems to work….but I’m afraid that your plugin isn’t stable, but I’d love to.
Any suggestion?

Hello.
We tested your site in firefox, chrome, ie and safary browsers, then we tested it on phones (under ios and android OS). We tried to stay on you site for some time (for some minutes) – as you described that it work for some minutes, and then just stop, – as well as click on Read More button tight after site loaded page. And all those tests didn’t give us at least on bug in our plugin: each time, in every browser, after we click on required “Read More” button – we see our PopUp.
I propose to do this on next way: after next time you will see such issue – you just remember each action that you did before this on your site – and describe it here. We will go there and repeat each action, that you did before saw this action, – and we will try to reproduce it in this way.

finally I have the same issue right now (Chrome Version 44.0.2403.157)
Here all the actions I did:
1. I made some changes on portfolio
2. I refresh the page just to see all the changes
3. I enter the portfolio and click the READ MORE button
4. The pop up doesn’t appear and when I click on the button I just come back to the page where portfolios are gathered (it seems a blank link)
Do you mind to check my backend (in private I can send your personal user and passw)? Maybe the problem is there….
