PDF attachment to webpage?

    Hi all – I’m having some trouble attaching a pdf to my website, in the same style as this:

    http://www.quintcareers.com/employment_application.pdf

    Any pointers? I feel like I’m missing something simple and can’t figure out what it is. Thanks!
