Child Theme Child?

Hi I am using the following theme: “Golf Club WordPress Theme” http://www.templatemonster.com/wordpress-themes/46546.html

I went to make a child theme. However, I did not do the initial set-up and did not realize that the above referenced theme is already a child theme of Cherry Frame Work (http://www.cherryframework.com/features/). When I try to activate the child theme, it gives me the following errors (edited for privacy on paths, replaced with text “path here”):

Warning: include_once(path here): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in path here on line 149

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘path here’ in path here on 149.

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at path here) in path here on line 141

I am not sure how to proceed, has anyone else run into a situation like this before or used a child theme on this particular theme?
