No Address Shown on Admin Side

    I have installed Seamless Donations but the physical addresses of donors is NOT listed anywhere. We are offering a gift with donation and have no way to send it to them.

    Is this somehow actually not a required field? I have checked in every possible place and zero physical addresses.

    Under “Donor Information” all it lists is their email and United States.

    Please advise.

    If the address fields aren’t showing up in the form, then you probably haven’t turned them on in form options.

    If the address data isn’t showing up after a donation processes through PayPal, you’re probably experiencing a round-trip bug I’m still working on. You can try the 4.0.4 beta and see if that helps, but I’m getting mixed reports about how well that fixes the problem. Still working on it.

    The address field is there to fill out on the form. It’s after the donation. Do you know if it is even capturing the address they input?
    Trying the beta? What do I need to do to use that? I’m not able to look right now but I just recently installed this so that may be what I’m using.

    I’d wait a few days. I’m going to be (hopefully) releasing a new update towards the end of the week.
